課程概述 |
本課程將討論悲劇的本質、喜劇（或笑話）的本質、並搭配劇作、電影相互印證。
This course will discuss the concept of the tragic, the comic (or the humorous), and cross-check views of philosophers with actual plays or films (that ostensibly reflect or refute those views).

課程目標 |
一、內容：理解「悲劇性」、「喜劇性」作為哲學課題的意涵，並深化對藝術作品的欣賞能力。
二、工具：培養表達（寫作/口說）哲學思考的基本能力（對於其他類型的寫作也是很有幫助的！）。
三、方法：學習如何從政治哲學的視角切入文學作品，培養不受學科拘束接觸文本的習慣。
1. Content: to understand how "the tragic" and "the comic" are significant philosophical topics and to deepen one's ability to appreciate artworks.
2. Tools: to cultivate the basic ability to communicate philosophical ideas in both speaking and writing (helps with other kinds of writing as well!)
3. Method: to learn besides how to approach literary works from the perspective of political philosophy, indirectly practicing the interdisciplinary attitude in choosing reading texts.
